3. Membership & Access

A membership provides access to 300+ online AI courses, self‑paced learning materials, and any new courses added during your active subscription period.


4. Digital Content — All Sales Are Final

Because Disrupt.co.nz provides instant access to digital content, all purchases are non‑refundable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • Access is granted immediately upon payment
  • You waive any right to cancellation or refund
  • All sales are final

This complies with New Zealand consumer law for digital goods delivered instantly.


5. Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) Opt‑Out

If you are purchasing a membership for business purposes, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) does not apply to your purchase.

By completing a business‑purpose purchase, you confirm that:

  • The membership is acquired for use in trade
  • The CGA is expressly contracted out of
  • No guarantees under the CGA apply to this transaction

For personal (non‑business) use, your rights under the CGA remain unaffected, except where excluded by law for digital content delivered immediately.


6. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Prices may change at any time but do not affect existing active memberships. Payments are processed securely by third‑party providers.


7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and ensuring your account is used only by you. Accounts showing signs of sharing or misuse may be suspended.


8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, text, and resources are protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any content. Personal learning use only.


9. Platform Availability

We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error‑free performance, or compatibility with all devices. Content may be updated or removed as needed.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We do not guarantee specific learning or business outcomes
  • Your use of the platform is at your own risk

Any claim, dispute, or liability arising from your use of the platform is strictly limited to the total amount you paid for your membership. This cap applies regardless of the nature of the claim.
